How quickly will my order be shipped

We pride ourselves on swift service and do our best to process your order the day we receive it and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Deliveries within Singapore

We usually process orders inside Singapore within 3-4 working days and ship with Singapore Post. Delivery fee is S$ 6.00.

Deliveries within Singapore are free of charge for all orders over S$100.00 that contain regular priced items. It’s not free of charge if the order contains any items on sale.

International Orders

International orders are usually shipped with DHL or UPS. Both are very reliable shipping companies.

We will contact you regarding the international shipping costs soon after you placed your order with us. We are unable to provide you the shipping costs before placing your order as these costs depend on the weight of your order and the parcel size.

We only proceed with international orders after we got the confirmation from our customer that costs and shipping time work well – otherwise we cancel the order and refund the full amount paid already!

Delivery Schedule

International orders are usually delivered within 10-21 working days. Regrettably, it may take longer as we have no control over the international postal system’s efficiency.

Currency

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollar. If you place an order outside Singapore, you will be charged in Singapore Dollar and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency.

Please note that the amount you are charged by your bank or credit card company may not exactly match the amount shown by the converter; use this tool as a guide only.

Import Duties and Taxes

You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which vary from country to country and are levied once a package enters your country. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by your government are your responsibility, as well as any additional charges for customs clearance.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. Please also note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
