Yarns sent in error may be returned for full credit or replacement and we will cover all shipping costs. We also offer a full refund for defective yarns. Please only return defective yarns if we request you to.
If your order was completed correctly, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days after receiving your order. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly completed orders.
